Aluminum wheels are made of magnesium
aluminum alloy casting, which typically provides
lighter weight with no compromise to structural
strength, and often produced with PCD type
tooling for roughing and finishing operations.
ISCAR has developed unique PCD special tools,
inserts with chip formers and polished edges for
optimized chip formation and prolonged edge life.
